Leah Moreau

Growing up in a multicultural household in Fresno with a French-American father and African American mother, Leah was exposed to diverse perspectives from an early age. After earning her sports science degree and feeling burnt out from corporate coaching, she took a budget backpacking trip to India where she discovered the intersection of sacred geometry, mindfulness, and physical movement. Now based in Sheffield where she coaches part-time at a community center, she's built a following by showing that spiritual travel experiences don't require luxury budgets, and that mindfulness can be found in geometric patterns across cultures worldwide.
