Stella Andersson

Stella grew up in a Swedish-American family in Minnesota with a scientist father and a mother who worked in law enforcement, sparking her dual interests in security and scientific discovery. After earning her Criminal Justice degree with a minor in Food Science, she joined Border Patrol where she discovered her unique perspective on travel - seeing both security infrastructure and cultural exchange through food as windows into understanding regions and communities. Her blog began as field notes from training trips but evolved into a niche travel resource bridging the gap between security awareness, scientific curiosity, and cultural appreciation.
