Robert Porter

Robert's fascination with urban systems began during his air traffic controller training, where he developed an eye for complex networks and efficient movement. After meeting his Mexican-American wife and starting a family, he began documenting their cultural immersion trips designed to connect their children with both sides of their heritage. When a job opportunity arose for him in Mexico City's air traffic control center, the family relocated, giving Robert the perfect base to explore Latin America's transit systems and innovation districts while sharing his unique perspective as both an outsider and insider.
