Nicole's unique journey began when she moved from New Zealand to India after marrying her husband Rahul, combining her Māori hunting background with his passion for regional Indian cuisine. After struggling to maintain travel with three young children on a budget, she started documenting their adventures to show that family travel could be both affordable and educational, particularly when centered around food traditions and outdoor skills.
