Jordan's journey into travel blogging began after a mid-career artistic crisis led him to a three-month artist residency in New Mexico, where the desert landscapes and Spanish mission churches transformed his painting style and worldview. What started as reference photography for his studio work evolved into a passionate documentation of how landscapes shape sacred spaces and human creativity, eventually becoming as important as his painting practice and leading to a successful second career leading specialized art and architecture tours.
