Genesis transitioned from a third-generation Arlington cattle farmer to a Quebec-based organic vegetable producer after meeting his French-Canadian wife at an agricultural conference. When his wife passed away five years ago, Genesis began traveling with their daughter to heal and maintain her connection to diverse cultures. His blog started as a way to document craft techniques that reminded him of his late wife's artisanal cheese-making, but evolved into a unique perspective on family travel through the eyes of a farmer with an appreciation for traditional craftsmanship and efficient airport navigation.
